USADA chief: Armstrong has evidence against UCI

London (AP) a' The head of the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency needs Lance Armstrong in the future forward with information describing the alleged complicity of cycling's governing body in his doping. Travis Tygart seemed at a hearing in Paris on Thursday to discuss approaches to enhance the combat doping. USADA'S scathing report on systematic doping by Armstrong and his clubs led to the stripping of his eight Tour de France games and being banned from elite sport forever. Cycling human body UCI has been accused of aiding him avoid detection in doping tests, receiving financial donations from him and covering up dubious trials from Armstrong. Through the Senate hearing, Tygart said he'd "evidence of the UCI's involvement in this affair." Tygart told The Associated Press that "Armstrong led us to trust a' during the span of our relationship with him a' that he'd proof their complicity in this situation."
