Jacksonville Jaguars to transport Tyson Alualu from DT to help DE.

As per both the Associated Press and Jaguars. com writer John Oehser, Jaguars coach Gus Bradley is considering making a move that many viewed as necessary since he has been drafted.

Tyson Alualu is going from defensive tackle to help defensive end for Bradley's 4-3/3-4 hybrid scheme designed to allow him to push outside and play a situation he is seemingly more desirable for. Alualu was a projected 3-4 DE taken from college.

As Mark Extensive added, Alualu will be playing the 6-technique to the strong side and the 4-technique over the weak side.

Alualu has been mediocre at best since entering the NFL, but that could be in large part as a result of his position and use since Gene Smith picked him.

At 6'3" together with around 300 pounds, Alualu has wonderful speed and athleticism for the player his size. Owning a 4. 87 40 using college, he should in shape very nicely in Bradley's system.

It is likely this Alualu and Jeremy Mincey could play end opposite with Jason Babin and Andre Side branch, who will see their time being the Leo in the hybrid car defense. The Leo is defined as an undersized defensive end that plays for the reason that edge-rusher while standing in place, looking more like some sort of linebacker.

Newcomers Roy Miller and Sen'Derrick Marks may very well start at defensive tackle, which will give this defensive line a whole new look despite not necessarily making any major staff changes at defensive terminate.

Russell Allen and Paul Posluszny will continue to be starters, and free agent signing Geno Hayes is anticipated to start at OLB.

Dwayne Gratz is anticipated to begin the year starting up outside at cornerback. Alan Ball may possibly start opposite of Gratz, but with four times to go before the beginning of the year, Ball have to battle off Demetrius McCray, Kevin Rutland, Jeremy Harris and possibly Marcus Trufant.

Safety is pretty much penciled in with Dwight Lowery and Johnathan Cyprien as the team's starters, backed upward by Josh Evans together with Chris Prosinski.

The Jaguars defense will have a very different look to it from last season, but every change is mostly a very close resemblance to the Seattle Seahawks defense. The question will be set up personnel can play in the same way.
