Napoli's president has dispatched his sporting director to Manchester City to talk about a swap deal that is going to send Edin Dzeko to Napoli in return for Edinson Cavani heading to help you Manchester City.
Napoli's director told his sporting home, "'Go to City and take the chance to negotiate over Dzeko to see what they are prepared to do for Cavani'. "
