Those who anxiously awaited Woods' make contact with the forefront of the adventure have embraced the world No. 1 golfer's growing, heralding his 2013 success as both a beneficial turn for Woods' and then a boost for the recreation.
Since Woods announced your partner's presence with wins at the Farmers Insurance Open, Environment Golf Championships and Arnold Palmer Invitational, controversy has followed the 37-year-old from tournament so that you can tournament—including two controversial happenings in the Players Championship last weekend.
On Day 3 of this event, playing partner Sergio Garcia falsely accused Woods of inciting the crowd during his backswing simply by pulling a club with his bag before Garcia had played his ball. As per James Corrigan of This Telegraph, Garcia had this to say:

You do have a feel when the other guy is likely to hit and right as i was in the the top of backswing, he must have pulled a wood together with everybody started screaming.
Nothing much came with the dispute (short of Garcia's Sunday collapse a day later), but that wasn't the only incident that called Woods' ethics into question.
On Sunday at the Players Championship, Woods hooked his tee shot inside the water at No. sixteen. A routine drop afterwards, the world No. 1 would play this ball and cruise to somewhat of a convincing two-stroke victory over the trio of tough contenders.
Despite initial reassurance that she had dropped in a good place, Woods has can come under fire about her drop placement. According to Bob Harig of ESPN, the 37-year-old will need to have dropped further from that hole:
All kinds from video sleuths and principles gurus are analyzing this flight of Woods' first tee shot, the words of the NBC announcers, and visiting the conclusion that he was at error to drop when he did -- that they should have dropped much farther back, arguably making the hole tougher.
This comes on the heels of an infamous snafu at this Masters involving another misplaced visit Woods that resulted inside of a two-stroke penalty and a particular eventual fourth-place finish.
In fairness to all those who have called Woods' integrity inside question, he clearly made a blunder at the Masters. And when all other reports can be true, he may have made the same mistake at the People Championship.
The obvious answer is usually that Woods has ruined the rules on more than one occasion, and if they are to continue dominating the sport in 2013, he can be expected to do so while using utmost integrity of the guidelines.
But the fact is, these situations happen regularly in professional golf. You don't have shortage of examples of players misunderstanding the policies or making a key mistake in drop placement. It's just part in the sport.
Woods' polarizing identity and prior indiscretions get made him a concentrate on for criticism, though. While other golfers are generally making similar mistakes and remaining largely out of your spotlight, Woods is enduring the criticism of those who want the world's preferred golfer to fail—or at the very least play poorly enough giving everyone else a possibility.
None of these situations is as magnified were Woods not winning with a torrid pace in 2013. With four wins in seven events the year of 2010, there's no denying your partner's return to the the top sport.
As long as Woodlands is winning, controversy will pursue to follow him. In an activity with so much ambiguity, doubters will always obtain a reason to call their veracity into question, in particular when he is no longer struggling off the tee and missing slashes in major tournaments.
Some of the criticism may be warranted, but if Woods is worthy of the condemnation, so is the bevy of fellow tour players that contain made similar mistakes. If as much as possible are equal, so too if the criticism be.
Time will tell when more incidents will plague Woods regarding who the winner, but if his previous two tournaments are any indication, this won't function as a last we hear of Woods getting a highly publicized mistake.
