Sergio Garcia and Tiger woods are not close. Not even friends. In fact, people aren't even on communicating in terms. And after that little incident Saturday, it appears that they actively try to sabotage each other's rounds with the Player's Championship.
At least as per Sergio Garcia, who hinted which Tiger purposely drew this fairway wood from their bag, knowing full well it'd cause the gallery going nuts — during Sergio's backswing. "You do have a feel when the other guy is going to hit, " he said, implying that Tiger knew just what he was doing.
When asked concerning incident, Tiger gave this quick, if not telling answer. "Not real surprising of which he's complaining about a product, " he told reporters.
Not to study too much into the complete feud, but Tiger loves winning more than he loves aging pornstars. Given his track record and that insatiable has to be the best — it's not really beyond the realm involving possibility that Tiger purposely uses his fervant group of fans to gain an advantage against guys he doesn't prefer. Would he do this particular versus Rory McIlroy? Probably not because they're NIKE buds.
Sergio's response to Tiger's insinuation that he's some whiney-poo-poo-head was particularly meta. "At the very least I'm true to myself, " he said. "I figure out what I'm doing, and the crna can do whatever he wishes. " Like, sleep with aging pornstars? Or circuitously distract you?
Either way, Tiger can do what he wants whether Sergio enables it or not. Consider? Winning takes care of everything.
