The New York Knicks are heading in the incorrect direction; they've lost four of the last five games by an average of 16.2 points per game. What's promising for the Knicks, however, is that their only win inside their last five efforts got against the same Utah Jazz team that they're increasing against Monday night. Nyc will be needing a massive game from J.R. Smith, exactly like they got from him last time they confronted the Jazz when he accounted for 24 items, six boards and three assists, all while firing 55.5 per cent from the area. Carmelo Anthony is still out nursing his constant leg injury, and Tyson Chandler is known as uncertain, per USA Today. Because they is likely to be facing among the more prominent frontcourts in the entire NBA, that's bad news for the Knicks. Derrick Favors, Al Jefferson and Paul Millsap will soon be looking to just take this game over from the begin with internal offense while looking to stop the Knicks from engaging in the paint on safety. Oh, incidentally, the Jazz have only lost seven games all year in the home. I'm sure they are maybe not enthusiastic about changing that number to eight on Monday night.
