15 seeds have defeated 2 seeds in the NCAA Tournament before (twice a year ago alone, in fact), but itas rare enough that Florida Gulf Coast whipping Georgetown Friday on its own created the darlings to the Eagles of the match. Therefore after today, once they enjoyed that which was basically a supercharged version of their (already-electrifying) second half against Georgetown and beat San Diego State 81-71 (and could have been more if not for a quantity lately Aztec threes while the Eagles were largely content to let the time run-down), getting the first 15 seed ever to create the Sweet 16? Today theyare actually Americaas team. And why wouldnat they be? Theyare not just on an amazing run, but theyare doing it playing a very fun style of baseball a' a style featuring containers like this: And a lot of features like this: Leading to activities like this: And this: It was, simply speaking, every thing we love about March Madness a' good luck of what it can be described as a ' covered in a single large, wacky, hyper-athletic, deliriously happy offer.
