Rutgers commissioning review of baseball scandal

NEWARK, N.J. (AP) a Rutgers University is commissioning an unbiased investigation of the conduct of former men's basketball coach Mike Rice and the way the college handled the situation. Grain was fired last week after a movie that showed him kicking and moving players and spewing gay slurs at them during methods between 2010 and last year. The school's athletic director, top in-house lawyer and an assistant coach also resigned. Also Monday, the chairman of the university's Board of Governors said that the chairman of the board's committee on athletics saw the video in December.
