A person has been charged in connection with a run and hit that left a pedestrian fighting for his life. The target, regarded as in his 40s, was crossing Hill Top, Black Lake West Bromwich, when he was run-down at 9.45pm on Friday. He remains in hospital with relatives gathered at his bedside.
