The winger had been on Manchester United's books and is the son of former Ajax, Huddersfield Town and Barnsley midfielder Dean.
The Manchester United club website described him as: 'A talented individual, he is able to work his magic on either flank and likes to run at defenders.
'A brilliant strike against Wolves in February [2012] opened his account for the Reds at Under-18 level and emerged as a contender for MUTV's Goal of the Month competition.'
